Pretty certain one of your fans said earlier in this thread that he thought southampton had the best defense in the league and probably the best attack and thats you guys coming up from league 1 without strengthening massively But i do think you guys wil do alrite, its always easier being an outsider looking in to predict where teams are gonna finish and i reckon you guys will finsih 8h just missing out on play-offs
Strewth I won't deny the points you make, on paper no body could possibly disagree. There is also evidence that we are the unknown if you like. We do not know how quickly our players will adjust. Some have made the step up with out a fault in their stride before. We see there being no particular difficulty in this. All the talk of any difference will fall on deaf ears. Just as it did for you guys last year.
I don't think any Saints fans think that, it's fairly public that we're in a hunt for a centre back and a striker, but our manager's mentality is that if you make too many signings you'll disrupt the morale, as we have excellent morale from last season.
OH MY GOD!!! i started out just reading this thread but some of your lots comments are ridiculous,i haven't seen one post where it states that you won't score against us or that your players won't give our backline a torrid time,we are just trying to point out to you that maybe just maybe the saints team may give your backline a torrid time too.
oh no im not knocking you guys, i agree too many signings isnt always the best thing to do, it was just asked where we got that from and thats where it came from. i dont really see why you guys would NEED a striker necessarily but i think with a couple of additions you guys could push on quite well and probably the best of the promoted teams (well that goes without saying that your better than peterborough) Anyway as i said before leeds 3-1 win hopefully
and maybe the saints might take a few games to adjust which i think is normal, our defense isnt GREAT by any stretch of the imagination and you guys might cause some nervous moments as well but i do think to say that we wont cause torrid times is a little naive

late june time he was absent but his lawyer entered a plea of not guilty to the charges against him. havent heard anything since. but he just signed a new contract so im guessing that cortese and les reed dont think he's going to go to gaol

King Alfred is good, except last year they locked me in as the Leeds fans were walking past (Good time to cover up to be honest) and its not too far from the ground. Boggers Yates is good as well, once again not too far away from the ground.
Thanks Jen I'm hoping he doesnt get on the pitch to be fair as we were linked with him a couple of seasons ago but I dont think he fancied the move up north. These kind of players always come back to haunt us!
