Xhaka is one of the most dynamic up and coming CM/DM's there is. Plus he's 24, so plenty of room for further development. Sissoko is nearly 28, and is a lazy ****.
Would you be happy to finish 17th?? Worst case scenario there are 3 worse teams than you this season. I know that sounds ****ty, but I don't think it's going to catch up with you that drastically. If you can survive the season, keep the current manager who proves himself, then build further.
I think that Sissoko's completely the wrong buy, but he's not "nearly 28". His birthday was about two weeks ago.
I think it's an indication of how crazy prices have gotten. The new money in the game has sent price expectations zooming. But he's still less than a third of a Pogba. For us, we have to trust MP's judgement.
