If we're signing a fourth senior Goalkeeper and spending a few million in doing so, I'd expect him to be number one. It's a pretty bizarre piece of business if we've signed him to be a backup.
I don't think he'll be backup either, but at least he sounds like he won't kick off should he be relegated to the bench.
There's three clips showing interviews with our new signings. Posters are talking about those. You're the only one waffling...
Jak has to keep his place until he eventually makes continual mistakes. If he is dropped back down the pecking order now, we may as well offload him as he will never put the effort back in to try and make himself No.1 as he has done of late.
Welcome to City lads! Nice to see Mason call us Hull City in his announcement too. Was looking like we'd get nobody decent in at all at one point with flipping Odemwingie on trial the 'highlight'. Who could have predicted the first 3 games of the season would be such a positive time in the state we were in too. If Hendrick comes or somebody else we have the making of a really formidable midfield, and with our defence we can start hoping for an impossible survival this season, maybe even Abel will stay too
From the moment they were linked I've been very keen on both Marshall and Mason. But not so much on Will Keane, didn't make much sense to me, but after watching his interview I'm slightly happier, seems like a brilliant lad going into the squad without any sort of ego and knowing he has to prove a point. Good to see that we seem to be bringing in players who already have connections to the club. Mason with the other ex Spurs lads, Marshall with the other Scottish lads and Keane with MP. As I've said before, it's as much an investment in the people as the players. With such a brilliant team spirit it's vital they bring it down. And in these three we've seemingly got three brilliant lads who are prepared to graft for this club. Now I'm just eagerly awaiting the second day in a row of feeling like a kid at Christmas.
