Well I disagree, I was just stating that I thought the original poster was fair, it's refreshing to see a Leeds fan that doesn't think every player they have is the best in the world! Also, I don't think saints fans see Harding as a weak link? He wasn't in the League 1 team of the season for no reason?
I've seen very little of Parker, so I can't really comment. But I'm going to guess that you're right on this one. You'd have to pretty poor to be worse than Harding.
That is your view but it isn't factual......you do not know how your defence will do do you? You are not wrong in thinking they might do better than last year. There is unfortunately too many unknowns. You say the best defence in the league conceded 4 goals to you. Isn't it also true you lost to some of the worst defenses in the league? That brother is what football is all about, that is what the game is all about, the unexpected. One game is not going to make you a champion nor does it say you have exceptional forwards. It just means your forwards/ defenders had a good day, nothing more!! I am not saying it wasn't good just trying to put it to prospective.
most people thought we'd go for mid table, I personally thought we'd have a decent shot at the playoffs. The difference is there is evidence to back up that we have the strongest attack in the league. There's no evidence to suggest you'll handle the step up fine. Being an already established team with a proven attack is the difference here.
i know im being biased here but i would put definitely have snodgrass in bold. In my opinion he is one of the best players in england outside the prem and i cant believe you didnt put howson in bold, seriously the guy is probably joint best player with snoddy (at leeds by the way nnot outside prem lol). Although saying that i would put chamberlain in bold over gradel though. Then again i wouldnt call cork over brown tbh i'd put them about equal

Hmmmmmmmmmmm it's been agreed that leeds are better in every position? sorry i didn't sign up to that one.As for me being arrogant and me stating that our players are going to dominate,where did i say that? i'm just simply trying to get into a few leeds fans heads that southampton have also got a few players that the mighty leeds need to be wary of,i was just getting sick of all the howson posts,yes he may be quality but i do believe other teams are allowed players with quality too! Also most of the players that have been mentioned i.e snodgrass,gradel,howson and kisnorbo were league one players also and according to leeds fans have been brilliant in the championship so i don't see the harm in southampton fans thinking that their players will make the step up,lallana especially who has played at that level before in a very poor team at the time.
Really? The rest of them I can see where you're coming from (I think Lallana is better than Snodgrass but hey, I can see why you'd say otherwise) but Michael Brown over Jack Cork? The only thing he's good for is pissing people off.
nah im not saying hes better but i reckon he is of equal value to the team. We lacked that player last season and i do think he'll make a big difference. And snoddy has come on so much since you woulda seen him last, honestly, i remember arsenal had to double mark him and he still had the better of them, Same with so many championship clubs last eyar
