At last a voice from someone who actually knows and is familiar with the Championship. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ionship-kick-Shaun-Derrys-expert-verdict.html
Thats the best prediction i've seen so far, still dont fancy Leeds that high - even from a non bias point of view
pretty fair overall especially with his tips for going down. but am i the only one getting fed up over the hype of Leicester City ?
Its not hype is it. If we were signing those players people would be talking about us just the same. They are signing good players on ridiculous money. Lets hope it goes tits up for them but the attention is understandable.
I don't know why people are predicting Forest to be so high. The last I saw they hardly had any players
OR is it more to do with the amounts of money (transfer fee & wages) LC are spending and the expectations ? so much pressure on very average players. lets face it apart from Neil Danns i would not touch any of the others for starters. Nugent has never been anything like his PNE form days. The players @ LC i would like were there last season. Wellans and King. But i do think it will go tits up especially if Sven starts with most of his summer buys.
I would take Nugent over Simpson, Mclean or Adebola definitely. 26 years old 14 goals in a crap side last year. I would take Matt Mills and Wellens and King too.
NUGENT.........the jury is still out with me but i will watch and see if he can return to his PNE form. MILLS............not worth 5.5m but is he better than Hobbs and Chester ?? i seam to remember City ran him ragged last season without getting the wins we deserved. I shall watch with great interest how he goes on. WE ARE BOTH AGREED ON WELLANS & KING. If they dont play or get a bench spot i will be amazed as well as expecting them to leave AT least on loan somewhere. With only 5 subs now Sven is going to have some very unHappy players on his hands.
he's everywhere else though, bumped into him on the Derby board, he wums around although when he was spending time on here, he seemed to have toned it down to avoid the wrath of OLM..
Probably the best predicition i've seen so far. Not just because we've been placed higher up, but it seems in general a fir assessment of how most teams will fair this season. I would question why Leeds are 7th, but it's a refreshing change for an outside source to place us that high up the table! Would take 9th if offered now, would be a step forward from last season.
