I think it's fair to say, we are now a team in transition, one that will need at least half a season before anything clicks and positive happens. Maybe the odd win by Baston's poaching ability, when he's up an running, but there are still too many issues up front and now at the back, our midfield seriously needs training on final killer ball into the box, our defensive pairing of Fed and Amat is crap, so something has to give. Oh and Leon is desperately needed back into the midfield ASAP, though I doubt we will see much of him this season..........
I so hope you're wrong about Leon, Phill. We definitely miss him when he's out. It's a bit sad really but there it is. I was appalled, but not surprised, to see that Mawson will be our lasr signing this summer. Whether it will be down to personnel on the pitch or Guidolin continuing to get his tactics wrong we may well be in for a very bumpy ride this season. Is it doable? Yes. Guidolin has to now work with what he's got but he needs to improve his homework and start getting it right or we will start to fall behind pretty rapidly.
We are a team in transition from Premier League to the Championship at he moment, and have been for 2 seasons. Still can't believe we haven't got Bony back, especially as West Ham have just signed Zaza on loan from Juventus.

Swansea City viable competitor to Ajax in battle Ziyech http://www.fcupdate.nl/voetbalnieuw...uze-concurrent-voor-ajax-in-strijd-om-ziyech/
http://www.football-oranje.com/swansea-city-enter-battle-ziyech/ This site are saying we've told Twente that we'll meet their asking price.
Must admit I was surprised by this paragraph: According to Squawka, Francesco Guidolin’s side have created more clear chances (39) than any other team bar Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in 2016/17, but Ziyech’s arrival should help transform potential into prolificity.
After Monks first , painful , 15 games last season you were adamant about giving him more time . Suddenly after 3 games this season you want Guidolin's n out .....you're an easy read dai when it comes to you're own agenda about who should get more time or who shouldn't .....makes you look foolish at best buddy . You defended Monk over Jenkins's not allowing Monk to be in control of transfers , then turn around and attack Guidolin for not standing up to Jenkins over transfers . Two sets of rules for two different managers deems you're opinion tainted.
