I was giving Qwerty an idea of the video quality he'd get from the dashcam I recommended (he asked about them a few pages ago in this thread). Plus, the apparently innocuous miss at 2m when the big pickup nearly hit me was terrifying in the extreme seen face-to-face. It doesn't look it but he'd have totalled the van if he hadn't finally looked up and swerved at the last second. I was pleased to see that you could have recognised his number plate in the event he'd clipped me and done a runner. However, as mentioned, the purpose was to help answer Qwerty's request ref decent dashcams. Pal of mine on the M27 had someone claim he'd hit them up the back on a slip road. He just pointed at the camera sitting behind the mirror and they ran back to their car and disappeared. Vin
