25! how many years ago was that game? I am getting mixed up with Lomana Lua lua because that game was 2000
That's a relief i thought we were in for some 35 year old. I remember his brother single-handedly take us apart. He went onto Newcastle if i remember doing flips after scoring.
Have they suddenly bought a few wide players? He started the season for them. Good player if we could get him.
No it's not the same player, you're thinking of Trésor Lomana LuaLua who later played for Newcastle, he's 35 now. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lomana_LuaLua
http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/qpr-cole-kpekawa-barnsley-wls-29082016 QPR have indicated to Barnsley that they are willing to sell Cole Kpekawa. Now this does not make sense, I am not suggesting that Cole is the next big thing, but actual weight of numbers means we are short in the defence department currently we have Hall and Ned (Lynch and Caulker injured) as CBs and as backs we have Perch, Ned (when he is not a CB), Bidwell, Robinson (when recovered), Kakay(who is a kid and looks good as a wing back Not good
Okay i will start again as i just responded to your post then saw the word 'sell'. I thought it was a loan deal but selling?
I thought Kpekwa was the kind of young player we were looking to develop and be part of our future.....
I think the business model is sell on for profit. As we didn't pay anything for him anything we make is profit. I suspect we would sell anyone we get a decent offer for. On the rare occasions I've seen him play I've liked Cole, but if JFH isn't going to play him, move on.
It'll be just our luck Cole is the type of player they'll develop and sell on for a lot more leaving us wishing we'd kept him...

As unlikely as it is he would be ideal for us. Good character and knows where the net is. He cost Leicester £8m. At the age of 30 could be worth a go if we could get him for the right price. He'll probably end up at somewhere like Stoke.
He's a proven scorer in the Premier League so quite likely one of the lower half teams would find him a good addition to their squad at that sort of price...
