Yeah right, world class players don't make footballers bright or truthful in fact more than most wouldn't be able to earn a living without football as they are predomitantly thick as two short ones.

To paraphrase the late great Bill Nicholson :

'We at Spurs aim to be a pain in your arse...so much so that even in failure there will be echoes of butt hurt'

Credible claim? How... explain that one bcos I guarantee if you put it to a poll you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who would claim Hart has at any point in his career been the best goalie in the world.

And do the same poll for Dembele being the best midfielder in the world. I dare you... I double dare you <laugh>

I've already said its a matter of opinion.

Who else is in a position to judge another's ability? Somebody who's never played in the same team as him, either for club or country?

If it was Spurs players saying it, you'd claim bias there too. So, if not the players who know the guy and have trained and played with him, then who?

I've answered that to Trebs. If not those who actually know and have played and trained with him, then who knows better?

    Obviously, you two!...

I think last season was both sides' big chance because the genuinely big teams (you're not one of them) in the country ****ed it up completely you choked at the end and we didn't and you're pissed off because of it. The same would happen if we'd ****ed it and you won the league.

We've had our moment in the sun, it looks like we're spending our new found 'fame' on some exciting new players and we'll go again. I highly doubt that we'll win the league, I strongly doubt that we'll get back into the Champions League but there is no reason why we can't be fighting for a Europa League spot with you.

The problem people have with Spurs fans is that they've got this warped belief that they actually deserved to win the league. That's where the sour grapes truly lie.

Nobody has been "butt licking" Leicester. Only through your green eyes has that happened. What really happened is that the World has saluted a magnificent sporting performance. Nobody's asking you to do that, but you come across as a right prat for trying to deny it <laugh>

Yes because I've seen him play many times for Fulham and yourselves whereas he is a decent player but not top draw and certainly not good enough for a contract at a top club.

You do like to generalize, don't you?

Where you get the idea that Spurs fans thought we deserve to win it, I've no idea.

If we'd have deserved to win it, we probably would have.

And we're a far bigger club than Leicester. We've been up there in the top six of the Prem for several consecutive years. Whilst you were bashing away in the Championship.

I would say that Hart is definitely better than Tiaibi but not greatly and looks more like a colander everyday.

We'll disagree then. We're quite happy to keep him.

And, it should go without saying that training and playing with a player gives a far greater insight into his true capabilities, than merely watching.

I'm not knocking him I just personally think that after seeing him play 20- 30 times that he's not top draw but that's only my opinion. Another train of thought is that if he was a good as Hazard & co and you say he is how come he isn't at a bigger club or had offers from a big club?

Hazard must be **** then, as he's playing for a mid-table side who couldn't even make the Europa League.
Payet's also crap, as is Coutinho.

I'm a little surprised that after last season that we didn't get some interest. But then, thanks to Costa, the season didn't end too well for him.

Hazard is a wonderful player. But he can't do what Dembele does anymore than Dembele can do what he does. Dembele's forte is winning, holding, and distributing the ball from midfield. As has been said by many, including De Bruyne, he's so strong you simply cannot shake him off the ball. He also has far more skill than he's credited with.

Also, he's 30 next year, which would dampen interest from many.

Have you looked at the tables so far? And yes Hazard probably is a **** but he's our **** and he's going to tear you a new arsehole soon enough. One bad Chelsea year seems to have you spuds dribbling in your pants but normal service is resumed and you'll be the ones looking for scraps this year.

You're right. By "Spurs fans" I mean the vast majority of the Spurs fans on not606. Apologies.

I didn't suggest that we were a bigger club that you. Paranoid? Perhaps the fact that we've won far more than you have in the last 20 years has got you worried? <laugh>

Look at the table after three games?! <laugh>
I merely pointed out your own thinking and you're upset and having a little rant. How pathetic. <grr>

Show me where Spurs fans have said we deserved to win it, if you can. You seem to take our challenge as some sort of afront.

Congrats on your triumph. It'll give you something to look back on when you're back in the Championship.
