I'd personally like what you might call an option striker, that being, when we need to, we can just get it into the box and have someone with great heading ability to convert. Its ages (someone will correct me.. i'm ready) since a forward scored with a header ... when Abel first came and he scored against Arsenal I thought 'fantastic' but he's more Linekeresque. I can only see H walking out the door if we have a beauty up,our sleeves to replace him. Abel is a poacher and a ball to feet merchant. We need a hold up player and an option to get the ball out to quickly. Ideally keep him and add a strong menace Although the we need another striker. Not one in one out. Will Keane was rumoured. We need three to four minimum in the squad. Not a couple.
Wonder what Mr Canoe is going to do... It's going to be a mad couple of days as I reckon we have plan a and plan b options and it will be hold your nerve time on A while not losing B if it falls through. With nothing a possibility!
