Veggie **** that sometimes goes vegan depending if it's a vegan week - yogurt, apple, melon, pineapple, spinach, blah blah. If I'm gonna have a mad gym session, might have microwaved egg whites, no protein shake for brekkie though, have that **** after work out. Baked beans and eggs on weekend sometimes, can't stand veggie sausages though, so never have them.
It is for some, some just don't wanna be a fat **** and/or wanna be healthy. Cheat days allow for bacon sarnies anyway Dianabol for breakfast
I got up at 9 this morning and prepared the dinner for me and the bairn. We'll be having that between 4 and 5. We had brunch today at 11am. Bacon, Sausage, egg and beans with two slices of bread each. Eggs come from next door neighbour who has chickens on his allotment. They are bang on.
I'm well impressed Chaos, Bacon Sarnies at Breakfast, Tea and Bed every day. Even I wouldn't go that far. Much better than that Museli crap....
It's the same with headache tablets. Nothing is the answer. I mean everybody knows Nothing works faster than anadin. Sorry, I'll get my coat.
That breakfast is just ridiculous, nee body could finish that. I'd have to swap the eggs and omlettes for more sausages or hash brooms tho That's a proper breakfast mind !
