    The value of a stadium decreases because of lack of atmosphere? A lot of smaller grounds will be worth more than the Emirates. on that basis. The KC will be down in value as well.

    That's like saying Vauxhall Corsa should cost the same as a Porsche 911 because they both do the same job.

    Facilities at the Ricoh are much better hence it will be a more valuable asset.
