I had that problem badger, I kept selecting a seat, and no add to basket option. So it would pick a random seat for me if I just selected by stand and area. What you have to do is click your preferred seat twice, first time it turns the colour orange with a white border, then select it again and it turns it solid/bold orange and add to basket comes up in a big red banner at the top of the screen. Hopefully this helps you next time.
I'm in Row MM, Brother in M and mate in D. Block 9 Itchen. All the same seat number though I'm normally HH, so MM must be the last row before the Executive boxes, I'll take a look today
Thanks for the info, as I always book on line and have never experienced this issue before. Is that a "double click", because when I clicked it once it changed to a yellow/orange colour, then if I clicked it a second time it reverted to the green "seat available" colour. At one stage I clicked log out, thinking I would still be in my allotted 30 minutes, but found I was back in the queue, so in the end just hoped I would get something.
Website was impossible to use to book season tickets for bundle. Nothing in basket as supposed to be and then when I tried to check that I was actually logged in it kept taking me to random pages. Phoned up instead - option 9 got straight through and tickets booked with no booking fee as I let them know my woes with the website. They are very helpful on the phones these days
I initially thought the website was having problems when I got through the queue earlier, and saw that there was nothing in my basket (and my seat was greyed out so could not be selected). Then I realised that I still needed to press login!
Yeah id never had this trouble before either. It was by luck I found this way worked. I was on my iPad and sometimes it changed it back to green as I couldn't quite click it again in the right place, but it did definitely need a second click before the add to basket option appeared.
I'm feeling very jealous as Thursday evenings are impossible for me because of band practice. I 'll only be able to watch the early games on TV as well!
Might try and get one of the games....can't make the first as I am on holibobs. Hope you lot leave one for me.
Good point, but so far we have 36 songs in our set list and it's hard enough to remember them all between practices!
Booking.com are saying that 84% of hotel rooms in Milan for the 20/10/16 are now booked. Sounds like a Red & White invasion is on its way.
Reading from the bottom of the page, I thought you meant the Northam end song list. I'd be surprised if they had 3.
I hope that not too many people find themselves in the situation of having booked room s and flights, but don't get a ticket.
Better that than a ticket you can't use. A day in Milan can't be bad.....you could watch the game in a bar and get beaten up when we score our third.
Oh I don't know. Since they found out what they were up against they've gone and made a panic buy. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37208560 Inter have blinked first.
I heard a rumour that we will get an allocation of 8000 tickets? If we sold this out that would be pretty amazing. I have booked my trip up as prices are going up, and the hotel situation will only get worse. I'm flying into Turin as a lot cheaper than Milan with a 50 minute train journey to Milan for approx £30 return. Also, a spurs fan told me that when they were there in Champions league, Milan sold away tickets on the day? But would rather be there than watching it on BT, as who knows when we will get an opportunity to watch our beloved team in a competitive match at The San Siro again?
I've booked my flight for Inter because the capacity is 80k Inter average attendance last season was 45k There is probably a good chance we will get an allocation of 8k as rumoured above. They have to give us at least 4K. I have booked a hotel in Prague, but not brave enough for non refundable flights, until I find out how tickets will be prioritised
