You've got to rise above the fan thing. They are ****tards. It's pride in Hull whether it's City , FC or Rovers.
I can't bring myself to wish success on Hull FC, years of snide remarks about City from fc supporting colleagues at work have ground me down, call me small minded but I always hope they lose just to take the smug grin off those ****s faces, they don't want City to be successful as it takes the limelight off their sport, yet they're hapy to have a favourite premier league club to "support". Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea we have "fans" of all of those clubs at our place and all fc fans, the ****s make me sick referring to City as "you" as if we're from another town or city. Funnily enough we don't have the same problems with Rovers fans who generally seem more even handed and more likely to want City to do well. Just my two penneth worth.
As a long time supporter of Both City and Hull I've come across the sort of people you post about, I just tend to take great enjoyment and amusement out of taking piss out of them. They are, after all, plastic ****ers. I find it quite sad and quite ridiculous that some of my fellow posters and City supporters appear to be tarring every Hull fan with the same brush, whilst at the same appearing to allow their previous experiences, in some instances probably from decades ago, to make them appear very bitter and twisted. Let it go, for the good of your health.
Yes from decades ago and still happening today, and I have no health problems but thanks for your concern. Like I said just my own personal experience so no need for you to get uppity about it.
I went through the **** decades with City and some FC fans respect me for it, I respect some FC fans who have been there in every kind of weather, many were ****s to us, we'll be equal when theyve won at Wembley 3 times I reckon.
Your mind directly affects your physical health. If your mind is full of stress or hate eventually it will make you ill.
Oh ok, well i've been "hating" for 40 years and i'm in tip top nick....but don't worry about me it might make you ill.
I started this thread a while back so I'm not sure if I'm a 'usual suspect'. Well done Hull - a great historic victory, ground out the hard way and the coolness to score the winning try was the stuff of champions. Would be great if this city could become a sporting big hitter in two codes, with the best team in both sports in Hull. Had family there today who live down south and who also roared us on v SWFC in May, and family up above who never saw their team win it at Wembley, so pleased this has been sorted at last for them. All hail Adam Pearson.
