Just had a wrap, with seasoned scrambled eggs, rocket salad and tomato ketchup in.
Chaps... it's the future. Cheap, easy to make, relatively healthy.
    Thought I'd share.

What **** do you eat for breakfast when you get 'creative'.?

    You know me well.
I got fat because whenever I shagged a red head they gave me a biscuit afterwards.

I sometimes just have a Vegan Milkshake.

3 frozen bananas. Hemp seeds, chia seeds for protein, healthy fats and omega 3/6. Rice milk. Coco powder.

    Very healthy and enjoyable.

Right now I'm having vegan sausages, beans in a butty. Beast.

    Steak and mushroom
    Salmon samphire and spinach
    Salmon and scrambled eggs
    Scrambled eggs

I tend to just switch between these at the moment. Protein!

I am soon to start a serious detox/cutting regime involving 3 vegan shakes a day, with a portion of vegetables with each shake. Sounds absolutely ****e but I'm assured this will see serious low body fat results. We will see.

If I could just stop ****ing drinking so much it wouldn't be necessary. Cutting that too for 1/2 months. After two weeks you swap shakes for meats/fish for the final two weeks.

All I can say is I pity wor lass as drink or proper sources of protein for two weeks will see a bear with a sore head
