Surely if the ground is good to firm - AROD is massively over priced at 8's ok yes that is dependant on the ground but his runs his year can be forgiven - looks like a horse that can only perform on fast rattling ground which he hasn't had and the one time he has had it, it was over a trip unadequate for him (6f) now back to a mile, on last years form he is the one to best so aslong there is no rain Tnite or tmorrow he has a huge chance and is massively over priced at the outsider of the pack at 8/1 (but will wait to back him till nearer the off as need to see what the ground is (currently good)

    3.10 BEVERLY- MUTHMIR- 11/4

Not a strong renewal of the race, am a huge fan of last years winner maarek and this looks to be the plan again for some time but may find the ground a tad quick, which will be perfect for my pick as a performance won a couple of Group 2's last year and altho has been out of sorts since has been coming back to old form and a similar effort to his third behind Marshaa and Easton Angel should see him winning

    4.10 NEWMARKET- EASTERN IMPACT- 3/1

A horse on form and has a great record here, was runner up in an Irish Group 3 lto when only finding Toscanini too good, jack Garroty has chosen him over Mayfair lady who is a smart filly and gets age and sex allowance so that has to be significant in that!

Three to avoid for me tomorrow
Promising for hannon. Someone said the other day how poor his 2yolds were this year, this one should get beat. Kings gate native is to old to win the Beverly bullet and shady McCoy should lose the 3.20 at goodwood
    Cheers.

Don't know why Shady McCoy is 12-1, but I'm having some of that!

Also: Maarek - very much a plot I think Woolley, and he does not need a swampfest. Plus Kittaby, Real Dominion, Raucous and Thikriyaat

    Good luck all <ok>

Got the nod again, Ziggy Lee wins the 5 20 Newmarket. 7/1, will apparently get compensation for last time, when got badly hampered on 2-3 occasions and still finished a close 5th/6th. Me personally i think its vulnerable to some of the younger horses, and could end up getting done and ending up 3rd/4th.

But the BIG saturday info is a BIG word for BIG Time in the 3 20 Goodwood, deliberately with this race in mind, and this is the most confident info i've received since Litigant, and i've had a huge e/w bet at 20/1.

    Have also done the double.

Enjoy lads and best of luck with all your bets

I think I was the only member of the forum who didn't get on litigant so I'll be having a play on this today thanks for passing it on Chelsea very much appreciated win or lose.

I got my horse on early doors so I'd already backed two in this race and done reverse forecast so added yours and put combi fc/tc with Rex Imperator and Rivellino

No you are not. I never had a penny on Litigant because it had not been out for a year before the Ebor. I will be looking at Big Time as it has form and a good low draw. I am assuming it was claimed after its latest win as it ran for the Nicholls yard in July.

Information received last night: HONOURABLE (Redcar 5:50) will win today. Having looked at it, you won’t be getting very rich off that information...

Also told ante post on the Ayr Gold Cup – GROWL (trained by Richard Fahey). Not my type of race (unknown draw and going surely matter), just passing it along even though I see it is favourite so it is no secret!

Last season, I was a big fan of Arod but Chapple-Hyam has run him on unsuitably easy ground most of this season so on form he is hard to fancy in the Celebration Mile (Goodwood 4:30). If both the three year olds flop and he shows last year’s ability, he could benefit but it is a no bet.

I had expected GRECIAN LIGHT to be a short-priced favourite for the Prestige Stakes (2:45) as she has already beaten most of today’s opponents when second to Nations Alexander at Newmarket (Belle Meade, Tiburtina and Urban Fox behind). The only two unknowns are the course and maiden race winner Rich Legacy. Have taken the early 3/1 at Bet Fred.

If you are making your selections for Beverley this afternoon (going reported as Good this morning) note that it has been raining in East Yorkshire since 11:45am, so you probably do not want fast ground horses; however, it is not heavy enough for mudlarks.

Who was it questioning Richard Hannon the other day? He's started with an 'across the cards' double in the first two races of the day he must read the forum!

Annoying, happy with the e/w money but that definitely would have been very very close if it hadn't of got blocked in and hampered and nudged on 3 seperate occasions

Unlucky Chelsea - he would have won with a clearer run. Stopped at least 3 times. Good if backed ew at 20-1 though :)
