Carry on ignoring then because you have to remember that you are in a nothing job being paid next to nothing churning out pupils who are not fit for university or work.
I think one of Theresa May's priorities will be to shake up schools and get rid of all useless teachers and bring in people who can actually teach rather than sit around being child minders.
You lost the referendum like you lost at life. All you can do is insult people who have more ability than you because you are upset that you have been left behind.

Not every area in the country follows the trend,in many of the more desirable areas people
offer amounts in excess of the asking price. Can you grasp that?,you thick ****.

Depends what the asking price is set at....if you ask far too much for a property you won't achieve the asking...if you set the guide low then you should exceed it. False economy and way to look at the state of the market. The reason experienced land owners/traders don't like certain agents (one of which posted terrible results for the first half of this year and will have an even worse second half) is they have no problem valuing high (either land or potential GDV) just to try and secure instructions. They deal with reality once the contract has been signed by which point the deal effectively has to go on hold as the person who has been duped has to be convinced that they're never going to achieve the quoted figure(s).

You keep warbling on about desirability but don't seem to grasp that the discussion is about house prices going up or down. London has and will always be "desirable" but that didn't stop house prices tanking there in 2008, which took the South East with it.

St George's Hill in Weybridge is very desirable, the Arabs and the Russians love it, but there has effectively been no property market or sales there for around 12 months as the asking prices are too high and it's generally accepted they will have to drop significantly to stimulate that micro market. That will see a lot of developers take a massive hit as they overpaid for the land back in the boom and some homeowners in negative equity.

    Nope, doesn't work like that.

Prices in areas that have been attractive to investors during the boom and which increased dramatically due to competition between buyers will now see a correction as buyers and investors take a step back.

Prices in ****tier areas which haven't seen much growth will still continue to creep up/flatline as normal as they don't make a significant contribution to the housing market in either boom or bust times.

In the same way your property didn't track prime central London upwards during the boom, it won't track it down in a correction.

By the way, a £67k hit in a ****ty area?....do the maths based on a 5% decrease. Even a 10% decrease.

Trevor Phillips has been accused of holding “misguided and dangerous” views about race after suggesting that multiculturalism in the UK has become a “racket” which discourages proper integration.

In a newspaper article, the former head of the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) said politicians and the media had become “terrified” of discussing race issues in case they were accused of bigotry.

He cited child sex abuse scandals in several UK towns including Oxford, Rotherham and Rochdale and the murder in 2000 of eight-year-old Victoria Climbie as examples of institutions failing to act for fear of offending minority groups.

“The perverse and unintended consequences of our drive to instil respect for diversity is that our political and media classes have become terrified of discussing racial or religious differences,” Mr Phillips wrote in the Daily Mail. “Our desperation to avoid offence is itself beginning to stand in the way of progress. And all too often the losers are minority Britons.”

In his article, Mr Phillips said that after spending a year at the CRE – which later became the Equality and Human Rights Commission – he had lost all faith in multiculturalism. While “beautiful in theory”, he said it had become “a racket in which self-styled community leaders bargained for control over local authority funds that would prop up their own status and authority”.

So are you saying you don't believe in multiculturalism?
