If he's got anything about him he'd stay until January and he scores goals he'll get a better move and we'd get more money

You missed the fact that the allams are selling the club, allegedly

Why would they or the club they are selling spend money on players? and before all the comments that the Chinese will buy them, would would they buy players for a club they don't yet and may never own. They could send them to the club they do own in China I suppose.
 
Is anyone else getting annoyed with the city fans who're complaining about us bringing in Marshall. For two reasons. One, we haven't had a signing of note in a year, he's a great keeper.
Also saying "a keeper isn't a priority" just because that looks like it'll be the first over the line doesn't mean they've prioritied it. Just that's the first that's happening. I'm sure they're trying to get quite a few deals going.
