I was using this yesterday! I saw it on the BBC Sports day news when they were tracking the GB team flight back from Rio. Planes always flying over my house in Wimbledon, can see where they're going to now.
On this day: Perhaps the most famous stand in the country - Liverpool's Kop opened on this day in 1928. It's first game witnessed a 3-0 victory over Bury.
potential is there, spa is a long, fast track with lots of straights and long bends good for overtaking, the Merc has clear speed and aero advantage over the whole field already, especially the back-markers and mid-card and even over their title 'rivals' so he should carve them up from the back and will be hoping to avoid an accident basically, especially at the start where they go into la source hairpin at full-tilt and pile ups happen, being at the back could help him avoid that actually but delay him if there is one cos of cars in the way and debris - won't be a pile up off the line though as that costs bernie and his pals millions
If he gets round first corner without incident I expect him to be up to 10th within 5 laps and work up from there to 3rd. The only issue he will have is idiots who do something stupid. I shall be using this as my form of entertainment sunday. better than a 1/2 for mercedes with camera on a couple lads in 10th following each other. the quali will be interesting. i'll be looking for which is the first car that can hold him up some. once DRS is enabled he's going to sail through. hell a safety car at the right time for him and he could get 2nd or win it!
The whole scoring system is meaningless now to me. I miss the 10-6-4-3-2-1 scoring system. Before all this "everyone gets a 100 points and don't forget the bonus round in Japan with double points".
Brought f1 2016. Decent game, to play properly think you need a wheel rather than controller though. Once you you get the level of AI right it can be challenging. Stared with Renault and finishing mid pack at the moment so it's not too easy that can win with **** teams. Like me the way you develop your car by doing practice and getting points, and like the rival they give you to compete against.
I didn't realise they had. That is very good. I still like the old scoring system. 10pts for a race win seems more natural than 25. 2nd being worth only 60% as much as 1st seemed a better ratio to me too. Fighting for first should be a big deal. It used to be 1st was worth as much as 2nd and 3rd combined. As it should be. Should have stuck with the 10-6-4-3-2-1 in my opinion. 10 is a good clean round number. If they wanted more people to be eligible for points they could have given half points to 7th and 8th. With today's scores of you win one race and crash on the 2nd race you will have less points than someone who finished 3rd one race and 4th in the next. It favours reliability over fighting for position. It encorages mediocrity over gambling for a win.
It is very very cool If you zoom right in you can see them landing and lining up for takeoff as well If you pay a subscription you can unlock even more information
Well thats what everyone says who I have shown it too I'd like to hope people can enjoy it for what it is rather than a way to kill but such is the world we live in
That wasnt a dig at you or anything btw which after re reading it may have come across as such! BUt wasnt meant as such It is a really cool thing to look at Had you seen it before?
