    Made six burgers today.
    Minced beef, chopped onion & leek, horseradish, Dijon mustard, eggs to bind them & salt & pepper.
    In the freezer now.

    I had my first go of making jam the other day, using a load of blackberries that I picked myself..It has gone down a treat, and my daughter said it was the best jam she had ever tasted, which is a rare compliment from her..
