This sounds like a great deal to me. We bring the world to Swansea, increase tourism, bring jobs etc and in return we pay a peppercorn rent, allowing us to keep the bulk of that yummy £90M. Nothing wrong with that. Job's a good 'un.

Erm, not sure how increased tourism works except for a couple of thousand away fans for 90 minutes, as for jobs, yes you'll probably have to employ some extra cleaners for the liberty, perhaps if you're really feeling generous you could give jobs to all those people who lost theirs when you went bust.
