Can you point me to any evidence that the pound will recover to pre referendum levels?

In time it will, the Euro was near 1-1 a few years ago and that recovered.

Sorry, your bloombum articles are just the same as the fail, all spin with no evidence.

The pound used to be worth 2 dollars, less than 10 years ago in fact. There aren't many forecasts for that to happen again any time soon.

You were asked to support your claim that the pound will recover to pre-referendum levels soon. Support it. You can use Bloombum if you can work out what the articles are about! <laugh>

Can tell the pound has dropped. Last year I managed to purchase the spade and the bucket for about 5 Euros. This year it was just the bucket.

I asked where the spade is...the shop assistant said 'why don't you use your hands. Then you can be the spade.

On reflection I think I got stealthily wummed there.

You seem like the kind of person who likes to use insults but not for the other person to use insults. You clearly do not have the intelligence to understand why that is not sensible. I don't know what kind of education you had but to achieve high grades you should consider going back to school and working hard. Then you will be more happy and sensible. By the way, I have three kitchens and nine shower rooms in my new property.

I've tried to discuss with that numbskull before. In fact my patience has been far greater than many others have shown with him . There are limits, however, to how much brainlessness can be tolerated!

Pretty much all forecasts are for a continued weakening of the pound. It was widely predicted it would tank if the referendum result was Leave so to date the analysts have been in agreement and pretty much spot on. Few, arguably none, forecast a strengthening pound for some time. I believe Nigel may have convinced Kustard otherwise.

In 1934 years ago it was 5-1, in the 70s near 3-1

In fact 1985 it was worse than now but recovered, so your point being is....

    No bloombum needed here.
