Willing to give the guy a chance afterall Gradel was a fringe player before we took a punt, but playing him out of position 2 days after he signs against one of the biggest young talents outside the prem could destroy him before he has started for us! Plus Lichaj didnt have a run of games in the villa 1st team whereas O'Dea played alot for Ipswich last season and has had a fair few games for celtic..but hopefully the experience has done the lad well and he's a better player for it..hopefully!!
I thought it was Houllier that blasted Lichaj for a poor perfomance & made it clear they wouldnt be working together again, but the fans rated him?? Derby didnt rate Connoly but I thought he was excellent for us last season. If indeed we are playing him at left back I am worried. Another round peg Grayson is going to try & make fit whilst overlooking Parker. I'm not judging him yet though, but if its a left back we need then it should be a left back we sign.
Sorry Guys, But O'Dea is seriously ****ing ****. instead of predicting the first goal at portman road, we had predict when O'Dea would control the ball and pass it. problem was that it rolled over for 3 games and he played in all of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But Parker's ****. Apparently we're looking at a PL left back, so my guess is O'Dea will be back up to AOB and Kissa along with Lees.

We've signed him so Grayson will have to play him, due to getting a dogging from Bates because of the loans who sat on the bench last season. If he was so good for Ipswich, why hasn't jewell got him again? and I agree that Lees, White or parker are not going to be happy. But the one thing that worries me, is that Grayson has insisted that any players we bring in must be better than what we've got ......
ODEA KEPT GRADEL QUIET AT ERthats good enough for me and obviously impressed Graysonas I rate Gradel very highly I,M all for giving the lad a chance
