I think it just shows the inconsistency of previous seasons and maybe with less atmosphere at ER it isn't the heavy Leeds shirt, more so the opposition seeing us as a point away from home, possibly 3 so setting up against us for the win rather than not to lose? I think last season we won 7 at home and 7 away

Edit... Glory makes a good point too, coaches scared of a defeat setting out with negative tactics and no plan B

Boom boom! Think other players were given far more time - personally saw Bellusci put in far worse performances for two years before we shipped him out. Del Fabro, Benedici, Adryan, Montenegro, Sloth etc. Certainly not saying Ajose would have made it but very flippant to suggest he was just rubbish though even if it suits your need to be contrary

Lees, Ajose, Wootton, Killock, Bruce are some that thrive away from ER. Was it pressure, style of tactics or a realization that they needed to do something. Bruce was brilliant for us against Spurs, manu utd Arsenal etc but like he couldnt be arsed sometimes for league games?

That can't be right. Our chief scout and his accomplice were always telling us how crap Ajose was.
My Charlton buddies are warming to him, but think Botaka is a waste of the wage!

But do you believe that was because of a heavy Leeds shirt on younger players? I certainly don't as two of the biggest culprits for dropped points were Bellusci and Bamba. Taylor had a stormer of a season, Cook did okay but he wanted away, previous season he was younger and better.

Monk has been quick to clear the dressing room out of certain players, just maybe there is a little more to it. Maybe it isn't so much the shirt, more who were they believing they were wearing it for Coach or Owner, I dunno...

After your performance yesterday I was expecting you to be rested today or possibly loaned out to ja.

Coaches signing them because he needed that exact type of player, signing them and allowing them to feel comfortable?

Evans - He signed Diacouraga who I thought was head and shoulders above Bridcutt. This season he plays one awful game and told on your bike. What did Evans do different with him?

Evans seemed to get the best out of a few players that fitted his plan, Doukara was another, not saying they were world class but Evans did something right with a few of the ones we had.

This isn't me Evans v Monk just me using an example <ok>

I was really disappointed when we lost Ajose. Not saying the lad was class or owt but he certainly has an eye for goal. Proven that pretty consistently in his career as well. Would have been a good sub option (better than Duke up front and Botaka on the wing that's for sure).

I was also gutted about Tom Lees when he left. He was still young and a local lad who didn't even want to leave. Got treat like **** by the fans and managers.

Thats the problem with changing coach/manager every couple of weeks. Warnock loved kicking it long and kicking shyte of people with Brown doing damage, McD liked something else but what?, Murphy's a star, Murphy's not settling, Murphy's shyte, Murphy now showing potential, Murphy's crap and thats what we've had. No cosnsistency as no player was safe when the manager was under pressure as it could be their last game

It was more Bellusci's negative attitude in the dressing room that was the nail in his coffin
