I have an issue with "plus size model". It is the same with "BBW". Phrases such as this along with chunky, cuddly, curvy, big-boned etc are poor excuses for what is simply varying levels of obesity. If you sell clothes for porkers and you want them to see what they look like then it makes sense to drape something over a model who doesn't exist on a diet of celery and heroin but how many of these so-called plus size models actually do any sort of modeling at all?

I also have an issue with "fat-shaming". Should this not simply be called "fact-shaming"? If you are 5 stone overweight and someone calls you fat are they trying to shame you or just stating the bleeding obvious?
