The problem is we were ready to rumble,but the problem is injurys,or when or if a striker was struggling as Tammy was Saturday then we do not have the fire power to come on. We have Little who clearly is not championship standard,and WIlbs who was brilliant in league one not championship standard coming on. Both places are a weak link,both places need rectifying urgently. The problem being 10 to 12 weeks out for Matthews is a massive chunk of the season. If we are really wanting to go for it,we need to be addressing the situation this week. On what I have witnessed so far,we are not a million miles away. I hope that the club can rectify these concerns before it becomes to late to mount a play off spot.
We created very little on Saturday and didn't make their keeper make a meaningful save. Creativity to make real chances is one area of several that needs addressing.
