    I had championship manager 3 and got Lincoln City all the way to the Prem from L2 in 6 seasons. Got them into the CL in 9 seasons then they sacked me for finishing mid table in the 10th season. Pretty realistic. Saints did the same to me. Got relegated to the championship and they kept me on, promoted after 2 season down there won the quadruple (CL) in the 6th season and then they sacked me in the 7th for finishing out of the Euro places. Felt just like Adkins.

    A club might be able to get Balotelli on the cheap as Liverpool are desperate to sell whereas someone like Inaki Williams would be expensive due to high demand and release clause in his contract.

    So these J-Rod rumours are true then Beef? Surely indicates another forward coming in. Loan deal makes sense to me as he looks very much 4th choice atm so let him go out on loan and see what he can produce somewhere where he hopefully will be further up the pecking order.

    Would be pretty hilarious if we didn't sign anyone though, especially if Fonte leaves aswell.

    its a bit of a tricky one with J Rod cos on the one hand we want him fully fit but we dont want another team in the prem. to benefit.

    But he needs game time to get fit and there is no way around that and it would seem he is not 1st 11 for saints at the mo

    he was on fire before he got injured. Its gutting really
