So if our new owners come and replace phelan with their man will it be another excuse for our half arsed fan base to not go?
I do think at this stage they'd be absolutely mental to let Phelan go. I was against him getting the job originally. But having seen how much the players are behind him and how well he has prepared the team and got 2 frankly unbelievable results whilst playing decent football, he has to be given the job. He's absolutely earnt it.

I only agree with confrontational protests in exceptional circumstances & when all else has failed - as in the case of David "Bastard" Lloyd. In this case, the escalation was started by confrontational protests & both sides have become increasingly bitter as an inevitable result. I have protested the non concessions bit of the membership scheme in my own non-confrontational way.
Having the name on the shirt has not improved our global presence before, why would it change. Arsenal changed their gun, who the **** noticed beyond their own supporters? Tottenham do not have a name on the badge and to the uninformed their badge could be for a lower league basket ball team.

Always attach your name to your logo until your logo is recognisable enough to not have the name attached. Nationally, it's well known, internationally, we're a hell of a long way from being an instantly recognisable brand. I may have some experience in this area.
If the new owners have been looking to buy for several months they may have had already someone to manage the club in plays for a few weeks not knowing what might happen the first two games do they drop the person they had promised the job to let Phelan carry on or drop Phelan? Either way they probably can't win now if they do have someone
