Not likely, most of the FA where against it already, do you really think the stuffed suits in the FA would have wanted to make a decision as big as that?

Protests raised awareness, but it was a well structured letter that had the impact, and that could and would have been sent without a protest

An interesting tweet from Alexander Jarvis replying to a question about if new owners understand the protests replied "everyone is aware of the issues, they have.been public knowledge foe a while" or words to that effect.

I think the buyers will already have.plans ready to re build the club.

I had some interesting dealing with a far east company a few years ago, and worked closely with the chairman. Thing that Struck me was they are big on tradition and mutual respect.

If the badge had been the only thing the Allams had done, without all the other bollocks, I think most of us would have accept that.

So they're meeting with the FA today? Does that mean we could expect some news as early as tomorrow, or is it going to be more drawn out than that?

But you do agree with protesting at games
You said before you agreed with it, but only when you thought it was right

    It's a game of opinions
Neither of us know how many people agree with us, and that's not exactly relevant either

I have only spoken for myself and that's very relevant when voicing opinion.

    So have I
My opinion is that I hope when we get new owners they are sensitive to fans views.
I think most fans would want a change of badge eventually, certainly lots I know think that, but I could be wrong.

I would like a change to the badge, I think not having our name on it is absurd, particularly now we have a global audience.

We're not the only club without our name on our badge though.

Current badge is fine, just needs our name on it. Easy.

Other clubs haven't tried to eradicate their own name from history though!

We are actually, not all clubs have their name on the badge on the shirts (Spurs don't), but we're the only club not to have a name on our badge at all...

I know. My point was that the badge in isolation isn't the issue. It's the context surrounding it.

Yeah I was thinking badges on shirts, didn't realise the official emblems all had it. That's not great then, is it?
