A bit like the EU. Which makes it undemocratic. I prefer voters voting people to parliament. Sorry if that is what is done in the House of Commons now!

How is regional Govt automatically undemocratic?

They do, in their local parliament. I'd do away with the house of commons and house of Lords and have a central assembly of representatives from each regional government.

The person going to parliament isn't chosen by you, they are chosen by the political party. Who goes to parliament is based on people's affinity to a party and the idea you chose the person is a false construct.

you dont vote for them if you dont like them
"representatives from each regional government" - what a terrible idea - politicians voting for politicians with no input from the voters

With the current government having nearly all its MPs in the SE it means the rest of the country has very little say in Government. So does that make it democratic.
A point of order here. Democracy on its own is not a good thing, it is a tool for a large minority to dictate to the majority. What you actually require is a representative democracy, but I'm sure those with gcse politics knew that.

You may not vote for them if you don't like them but they go to parliament based on the popularity of their party and not their personality.
Do you mean like all the ministers in parliament who have been chosen by other MPs or indeed leaders of parties who you didn't vote for but are now your prime minister?

That's how our new Remain PM was elected despite the fact that the majority voted Leave.

Lord Coe has called Mo one of the all time greats and an example to all British athletes. Kustard doesn't even want him in the country!

Did it for a year at AS level and packed it in. My grade was of course a "top grade!". The exclamation mark is proof I'm an expert on politics, of course.

He's the leader of a death cult. Kustard is probably waiting for news Mo's killed someone.

Which reminds me, has anyone told Kustard, Mo is short for Mohammed <laugh> Meltdown alert!!!

He doesn't like being questioned about Ibra.

It's like the bigots who bitch about the bloody foreigners coming to the UK and then kiss their Polish wife goodnight.
