Months back Lukaku announced he was definitely off this window. Even if he'd had a change of heart he'd sign a new contract at the start of the window not the day after it closes.

 

Don't be numb, if he is after more money he will wait as long as he can to keep Everton keen.

Hes been priced out of market by everton deslite his best efforts to get a move and no club would be interested at 50 much kess 65mil.
