So does that make Luke Shaw tripping over his own laces an exception rather than the rule? Man U - Mugging refs since Queen Victoria died.
You're on your own there. Except for a couple of Saints fans the vast majority except it was a pen. Either way the numbers don't lie
I also accept it was a pen. Probably the softest one you'll see all season, but still, at a pinch, a pen. As for the numbers, they'll partly down to obvious gooner Mark Clattenburg distorting the figures.
... the missed penalty yesterday was arguably not his worst crime ... the failure not to give a second yellow to Coquelin was baffling ... particularly when you contrast that particular foul with one that earned Mendy a yellow...love to hear an explanation from Clattenberg ... explain the unexplainable...
Just back from work and I'm watching West Hams new library - boring as ****. Burnley were extremely lucky, that's an understatement as we all know.
Your defence didn't just shoot itself in the foot, it blew the ****er clean off with both barrels!...
3 points, not great, not terrible. Window still open, very optimistic the title is still ours. Not as bad as Leicester or Arsenal though @PISKIE @FosseFilberto
Agreed this looked like Rafa vs Southgate from 10 years ago. Klopp could still take you further and Burnley will still get relegated.
Crazy isn't it?! On another day it could (and should) have been a 6-0 drubbing. Sometimes that happens to highly skilled teams, unfortunate but true.
Klopp will take us very far, I doubt many people really doubt that (deep down). Just a shame the weather was against us yesterday. Slightly too much sun in some periods of the game.
Window is still open but it seems Kloppy is only window shopping. Where's a decent CB, decent LB, decent DM or even a decent GK. And decent CF. Does Klopp intend to buy any or is he a younger, more uglier Arsene Wenger in the making
