If this doesn`t get the message through to Short, nothing ever will. Fingers need to be removed. Pronto.
When you see Crystal Palace spend £32 million on a player and we wont even spend £32 million on a first 11. We know we are ****ed. I just wish we could just take this season off and start in the championship cos this season is gonna be more painful than usual. In the past we have had good enough players but not playing well enough. This season? That team just isn't good enough. To start a Premier League season in this shape, even when some of the problems have been unavoidable, is shameful. We still only have Defoe as a proper centre forward for ****s sake. One moderate injury and hes finished.
He will be sitting in the Chairmans office in Texas somewhere, putting the fivers in a bag for the club and the twenties in a bag for his coffers..
They're doing quite well for such a ravaged side to be fair. Even O'Shea has gone off, bare bones doesn't cover it. Get all the Ks back in and Borini and we'll be looking a lot better. Plus surely to **** we're going to sign some more players.
Cant see M'Vila coming now after witnessing this on and off the pitch fiasco. Paying the £5 million and getting him in would have made a world of difference, especially today. Makes you think that maybe he was never gonna come anyway
After a bad week and a bad first half, I'm feeling much more positive since half time. Djilobodji looks nice and tidy and quite solid, Pienaar is much better than I expected, Gooch has looked good, and I'm really pleased to see Lens looking dangerous and working hard.
Khazri, Kirchhoff and Kone is who I'm talking about. If we don't end up selling Kone I'd definitely be playing him we can't afford not to.
Tell you what mind, horrible ****ing team Middlesbrough.. Their fans deserve **** all, well out of the floorboards now they are but will be back there asap if it goes tits up for them.. Kudos for Steve Gibson though, a proper Chairman..
Makes you sick to the stomach how poorly run our club is. An utter shambles. Any team in our position would have just bitten the bullet and splashed a bit of cash in order to rectify the problems. I mean, we have getting rid of a fortune in wages this summer, wheres all that money going. I feel that we have just dipped our toe in the crisis and hope that we could just cope with the heat. The supporters need answers cos they cant just blame it all on a manager leaving and a couple of players being twats.
Kone has burnt his bridges I think. Khazri clearly wants out or he'd have been on the pitch long ago. Leaves us with Kirchhoff who it seems his injuries have caught up with him again. Great.
