Thank you. You have just shown that you are one of those who do not understand subsidiarity or the workings of PR. Let me make it simple for you. If I owned a flat in a mansion block I can decorate the flat whatever colour I choose. The colours of the communal areas are decided by a consensus among all the flat owners. Should that group want to alter the outside appearance or structure of the block they would need to have the agreement of the local people via their local council.
Could you tell me in what mathematical system is 25% a majority?

Fairly simple maths. If France and Germany in the EU agree with a policy then they only need to persuade 22% to agree with them. If they don't then whoever wants a new policy needs to persuade a far higher proportion as the votes in the council are weighted by population.

That is why it is important that UK need to know they can rely on the positions of France and Germany. Without it then getting an agreement will be difficult.

Many, many Scots don't live in Scotland. Some polls show that the votes from most of the ones that live in England were to leave, which means that any percentages are misleading.

The Sensible Party has no policies according to its website.

It also only has three members. A fat auditor from Mitcham, his downtrodden wife and a simpleton, nazi sympathiser from Kiddy.

I can't see you in power any time soon chubby.

In other news, the Sensible Party is getting a lot more publicity now. The Idiot Board weren't interested though.

It does if you're trying to claim that's how the Scots voted, rather than how people in Scotland voted.

Very misleading... except for the ones actually living in Scotland. <laugh>

You see it's here where the brexiteers become so disingenuous with their arguments. It's the complete blanket whitewashing of the most obvious and accepted facts which is so insane. Anyway that's the reason I've left this so-called "debate" and I'm going to quickly scarper before I sink to the level of the pig-headed "Out" campaigners.

True, Trebs. There's absolutely **** all ambiguous about a 24% margin! But, as you say, the pig headed will continue to try and argue that black is really white...

    https://yougov.co.uk/news/2016/07/30/brexit-fails-boost-support-scottish-independence/

One month after the UK's shock decision to leave the EU, the latest YouGov research in Scotland shows no real shift towards independence. Were another Scottish referendum to be held tomorrow, Scots would vote to remain in the UK by 53% to 47%. The results represent a move to the independence option of just 1% since YouGov last asked the question in early May.

Very interesting! Suggest you take another poll when the oil price rises. I strongly suspect you'll get a far different result!..

Kitchen Pete and Kustard must have been a little bit sick this morning when they saw that a "pig ****er" (as Kustard refers to them) had become Britain's greatest ever track Olympian!

Mo is a supreme athlete who controls races like no one else I've ever seen. Well worth staying up into the small hours to watch and hopefully the ticket gods will smile on me when they oversee the ballot for the 2017 Worlds.
