It has been absolutely incredible. We've taken medals in 15 different sports. The US of A have only taken medals in 12. Outstanding for a country of our size.
There's that sly dig about lottery funding again. It's not a dig at the lottery but it's clearly a dig at somebody.
Rule Britannia. Anybody that would like to see Britain not compete as one nation must be totally nuts
I know they were hence why I deliberately said they were not having a dig at the lottery. So no I'm not deaf.
Just an impression I got. At least we can clarify I'm not deaf. To clarify there have been certain members of the press who HAVE sounded off about how the lottery sport funding is dished out. It's not a stretch to think that the Olympians may have got their heads together to get a point across is it?
Haven't you yourself questioned the motives of judges in the olympics with regard to the judging of events? I know I have myself but I'm not the one telling others to post in the conspiracy thread.
Well, at least my arguments of poor judging seem to have substance, considering most seem to agree. You seem to have created some fantasy about the athletes criticising someone to do with the Lottery funding. Anyways, did Germany genuinely just lose a penalty shootout?
It just shows that Brazil is interested in footy and nothing else. Empty seats everywhere and a mad clamour for football. Thankfully the next olympics will be played out in front of full venues in Tokyo.
Getting back to it with regard to the 4X400 it seems the judge can do what he wants and unless the team being DQ'd can give clear evidence (Which they can't get) they can't ever win an appeal.
I see there's still no conclusive material to prove the DQ was the right decision. Like i've already said, it's bollocks. Both GB and India did **** all wrong.
