Yes i do realise this. Do you realise that he has been the only manager that has taken us forward in however many years? He is the only manager that has got us promoted when others failed Look Clive, i will confess during that time, i started to believe that maybe grayson was not the right manager for the job, however he has come back from that and we looked very good and infact had our best part of the season and playing very good football. Have to agree with the second part. But this is the current climate of football and what you have to do. The Prem is where the BIG money is and being a so-called "shallow, plastic team with no character" is the most likely way to get there. BTW, how do you know we are a shallow and plastic team ?
