I've "grasped the concept", thank you. It's not as black and white as you make it out though. We didnt use Kadar once last season and he is clearly the replacement for Campbell within the squad.

 

Wats so hard about understanding the names on the team sheet this time last year. To now? eh?

Why u on about Kadar? He was here last season! And why has the 4th choice Centre back become so important?

 

Because weve seen him at LB and CB and not let the side down. Unlike Campbell and Perch

Because the comparison you're making is irrelevant, you cant say we havent improved our centre backs for example because Taylor plays there now over Williamson, and we had them both last year. We didnt have a season with Carroll and Ben Arfa, you may as well say Gosling played.

 

Enrique still here, so Kadar as backup for now

What relevance does it have who we had going into the season? Because I think you'll find Smith and Perch were in that line up, and Ben Arfa and Tiote werent.

Surely we should be fair and compare the team at the start of August 2010 and the team now. Right?

 

Hahaha I love it. I absolutely love it.

The team I put up was arguably the strongest team come the end of August. Not based on actual line ups throughout the season, injuries gained, or whatever.

I tell you what. I'll wait until 1st September to provide the exact same point, seeing as I am inundated with more lack of foresight.
