Sounds from what Meyler said, that Phelan is more thorough with his preparation on the team we are playing. I like the comment we know how often the Swansea players go to the toilet <laugh>

I'm not particularly fussed about King Chazzes comments on here but his match threads should be sacrosanct, mess with things like this and bad things happen. Thats why Patty should be reinstated, everything exists for a reason. As for the Swans, I don't see why we can't go and beat them too. I'm worried Man U could get a cricket score next week so it would be nice to go into that with a few points on board especially with Arsenal Liverpool and Chelsea coming up and only Burnley realistic win prospects

Walter, I don't agree that we were lucky against Leicester (as you said on the Swansea board). And yes we'll get behind the ball at times but I still expect us to counter-attack well. I don't see why we can't cause them problems, we beat the league champions.

In 2004 the MET Office named Swansea as Britain’s wettest city.

During World War Two, an American man fought with an Aussie at the Adelphi, 18-19 Wind Street, after the Aussie allegedly made fun of him for not drinking alcohol. The American was called Rocco ‘Rocky’ Marciano.

Swansea is on a similar longitude to Abidjan in the Ivory Coast, Madrid, Spain, and Timbuktu, Mali.

Swansea has 32 miles of coast with over 50 named beaches and coves – that’s a beach for every week of the year.

Swansea headland is named the mumbles, because of two breast shaped mounds. The word translates from French and/or gaelic.

Swansea has no swans and isn't by the sea. The name is of Viking origin (‘Sweyns-ey’ – Sweyn’s island).

In 1823, the Rev.William Buckland was rummaging in a Goat's Hole, when he found the roman red lady, that turned out to be a 33,000 fossilised bloke now called the Red Lady of Paviland.

This Swansea resident dropped his lighter.

    Who can forget tank?

"Swansea has 32 miles of coast" but "isn't by the sea." Weird.

Not all coast is by the sea. It's Swansea Bay and the Bristol Channel. It's a poorman's Cleethorpes.

Chazz is heavyweight. He's missing. He may be on his hollies.

    Get well soon, Chazz.

Chazz isn't on holiday at all
He's deliberately hiding in the hope that there is a clamour for him to take back over
Dangerous tactic, but to be fair on the basis of this MTD it was a smooth move

It's very like the Turkey Ku in my opinion, there's a whiff of manufactured revolt, with the OP finding himself in the wilderness when Chazz returns

Having said that I can see Walter working in the background to gauge support for himself and a possible full De Ta if Chazz doesn't time it right

Political intrigue (but not political though, obviously, honestly OLM)

I'm thinking that it's more like Turkey's invasion of Cyprus in '74, with Tigerscave being the Greek Military Junta which deposed the legitimate government and Walt waiting in the wings to launch an opportunistic invasion once that is successful. We need Archbishop Chazz Makarios to fly back at the eleventh hour and show some reassuring leadership or I fear that this could be the start of a UN controlled split MDT from which we may never recover.

Not many seem to be giving us any chance, like Swansea are world beaters. Quite long odds.

Swansea has swans. I've just seen them.

Am drinking on Wind Street right now. I've not yet been punched by an American.
