Oooh - please do! A picture would be better as I am 51 for only a few more days and hence reliant on a rapidly fading mammary. I suspect by 52 all but the merest traces of nostalgia will be left. And no to Steve Bruce - we need a new broom after the excessive fallout over recent weeks. That is the only reason, loved him otherwise but things change. He ran on empty for months.
Steve Bruce - no thanks; Martin Jol - no thanks; Martin O'Neill - no thanks; Mike Phelan - yes, please. O'Neill has just been installed from nowhere as second favourite - is this the bookies trying to extract every last penny out of the gullible? The guy is 64 years old and hasn't lived up to expectations at all with ROI. There were many mumblings that he really wasn't up to the task at club level either - all emotion for the audience but the backroom boys were the real tacticians.
Can't argue with that. But his wave to the crowd on demand was unconvincing. It seemed simultaneously insincere and servile. How big is his naughty step? I'm not convinced yet.
Does Dennis Norden write your witticisms? Tickles wouldn't post some of the unfunny things you think are humorous. I'll say it again it's really sad. What are you trying to do? You rarely if ever post about football. You pick on spelling and grammar and sneer at others. Surely you must have something better to do than that?
There are indeed. It's a European League by stealth, wanted by Big Clubs and TV, no one else. That's why we now have so many silly ****s in Barca shirts, bleating on about Seville's midfield diamond and Legia Warsaw's false no. 9.
The 'others' you refer to consists of the little gang of low-brow, no-life, mutually-'liking' troublemakers like yourself who infest this board ... and will continue to do so until a proper moderator steps in to put an end to it.
Hi, proper moderator here, I've stepped in and put an end to it. You can't post on this thread any more. I'm hilarious me.
