@The Outlaw is one of my favourite posters on this site, I'll miss his input a lot if he really does leave, but I don't know his reasons and Comm's suggesting they're genuine so I wish him all the best and hope he pops on from time to time to say hello.
Aye him. Horden. LA. The trans atlantic lads, are a great bunch. Ive spent many a morning nattering about anything with them. They have all been here since the start. This is a damn shame.
The Outlaw was The Wrath of Paul McGrath on the old bbc boards, he's an absolute sound lad, used to have many a banter with him. He will be a miss and yeah he is 100% American and proud.. Take care bud..
I didn't realise there were so many yanks on here. I'm not aware of any particular american bashing any more than there's a muslim, arab or mag or boro bashing, and I try to read almost every post. I know of one on here, Billy, who's mentioned having an issue with americans. I put that down to being a forces issue, though I'm just guessing and I'm sure Billy will correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't think of anyone else off-hand who'd be consistently having a go. I'd be really disappointed if we lost the yanks on here, so any of you thinking of leaving, please re-consider.
Like I said to '83, you'll be missed here, Outlaw, and I hope in time you'll reconsider. Not everybody here shares the same view of America. People are different and differ in their opinions - that's true wherever you go. Good luck anyway, whatever you do.
Sorry mate, I think I've stepped on a rake. I didn't interpret Comm's reply as sarcasm, I thought he was being sincere. Comm more than anyone else seems to lament the loss of posters in general.
