Captain I cannot reply to this as we are a civilised forum and I'm worried my kids may hear what I type!!!!
Come on Fulham get me the following 3 players in the next few weeks I will get very excited ..... James Wilson Liam Moore Jonathan Kodija
According to the local West London paper - "The Portuguese outfit are also prepared to part with Ewerton, Paulo Oliveira, Jefferson, Carlos Mane, Esgaio, Alberto Aquilani, Juri Medeiros or Matheus Pereira." Any takers? At least that news should keep the analytics Kline and Khan busy.
Carlos Mane and Matteus Pereira are listed as forwards. The rest all seem to be defenders or midfield. Just noticed that Zakaria Labyad is still listed among their players. Do you reckon he came to us because of the Ruiz thing and because he got sent home early this new deal is being brokered?
Luke Garbutt has gone to Wigan on a loan until 2nd January. please log in to view this image So, joining up again with Dan Burn. Wigan fans (on social media at least) are "over the moon".
Sporting issued a press statement today basically saying that yes, they still owe us 200k euros for Bryan Ruiz but it's not true that they are offering a player on loan in lieu. And they intend stumping up the money "on time" (whatever that means). Don't know about their money but mine is still on someone - proably the guy above - coming on loan.
This guy was a shoo-in a couple of weeks ago but with all the dithering or whatever, he's now gone to Segunda team Cadiz.
Few rumours on Twitter that we are talking to Palace about Jason Puncheon, I know he has just turned 30 but I would be happy with this, he has a good work rate, chips in with goals a bit of pace and it would be good to have another wide player on the books.
Apparently he wants away and the asking price is a meagre £2.5m. Got a couple of queries (not concerns since he definitely could do a job for us, just doubts). First is his injury record and the second is who'd be left out? He's not going to join as the cover player so, subject to those injuries, would you leave out Aluko, Ayite or vice captain Cairney in preference to him? I wouldn't drop any of them on current form. And slightly of beam, even if he's good for a few goals, our priority remains a proven striker.
According to the Daily Telegraphs football reporter James Wilson of Man U is in a tug of war for a years loan period with either Fulham or Derby County, it is expected he will sign for one of them by the w/e.. If true hope its us
Fulham finally linked to a Striker, From the Ivory Coast playing for Oostend in Belgium, name is Gohi Bi Zoro Cyriac, apparently valued at £2.5 million and scored 13 goals in 27 games last season.
He came on as a sub for them at the weekend. Know Palace had him on the short list if they fall down on Benteke. He might fall into the tad "ambitious" stakes. Cookie.
No sooner said than done! Apparently Palace have got Benteke for £27m. Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37125194 There may be room for our "ambition" after all.
Apparently we're in talks with Norwich for centre back Sebastien Bassong. Norwich happy to let him go but sounds like we don't want to pay a fee for him. Can see Norwich digging their heels a bit and being awkward after the McCormack debacle.
That would be an interesting signing if it comes off. I remember him being superb for a time at Newcastle and Spurs before going off the boil. Part of me loves the idea, while another part of me says that if he still had that level of performance in him, Norwich wouldn't want rid. Trust in Jokanovic, I suppose.
