Yes, but building what is necessary is easier in a large city. Look at how many decaying, unused facilities are left around the world after Olympics. They would be even more unused in a small city. The amount of money hosting an Olympics requires is ridiculous. Something needs sorting in that regard.

I do agree on that point, but I still believe that having the Olympics in a smaller city isn't as impossible as some make out.

The ****ing dodgy cheese-eating surrender monkies have got their runner in the 3000M steeplechase a shady bronze by appealing that the 2 time Olympic gold medalist who today finished 3rd stumbled and put 1 foot outside the central track line.

The 3rd placed man beat the French runner by over 5 seconds. French ****s they are.

What gets me is what's the ****ing point. Everytime he mentions the he won a gronze medal the response will be 'come on you didn't really, did you'. Why would you want a tainted medal?

****ing disgraceful, talk about grasping at straws for a medal. I hope the French guy gets booed at the medal ceremony Some sort of bloody common sense for god's sake. Or am I wrong?

Indeed the common sense response by the judges should have been '1 step? But he beat you by over 5 seconds! Don't be bloody stupid and go away'.

Instead we get '1 step? but he beat you by over 5 seconds! But the rule is stupid but not as stupid as we are so we will DQ him'.

Adam Gemili has got into the 200m final, above Justin Gatlin and Yohan Blake. Well done lad.

Looks like De Grasse and Bolt having a chat near the line!

Believe it or not but they were.

Bolt was asking De Grasse to chill out and slow down but De Grasse whilst laughing said he wanted to beat him.
Bolt then called him a bad man for making him work in the semi.

This all happened whilst qualifying for an Olympic final.

Question on the boxing, given that there is no Bronze medal match, and that the two who fail to win the semis are both given a Bronze, is it semantically right to say that that person has 'won' a bronze given they lost their last match?

Well technically anyone that gets a bronze or silver in most sports didn't 'win'. It's still classed as 'winning a bronze/silver'.

Looks as if he shouldn't have even started, running to the first hurdle he looks as is dragging his right leg.
