Left side is a problem. Focus on that and dont worry about up front - in Gayle, Mitro, Perez and Arma we should have enough. Sell Janmaat now, I think, make Anita first choice and allow Mbabu/Gamez game time.

Real issue is the left. Need a LM badly plus LB. Knockaert + Galloway and we're laughing, I think.

Shelvey better, great from Hayden, and finally a reliable scorer of goals. Just get the left side sorted, maybe one more attacking midfielder who can play central or right.

Appreciate the insight, and don't rate the BBC RN commentary in the slightest - brought back the worst memory of 2009, they're truly awful. They spent at least 20% of the game waffling about stuff rather than just concentrating - for example, when Lascelles comes on rather than saying "interesting, let's see how they line up" they spent ages fluffing on about how it was "strange" from a manager with around 20 years experience and a dozen or more trophies. Hence my frustration, before we then scored a fourth!!!

 

Yeah I was at the match and the comment re: Gouf and Dummy on here this morning do not match up to what I watched. Quite clearly not spectacular but solid enough. Gouf worked hard too which is sometimes what is required in this league. The radio seem as bad as some of the fans for pre arranged statements.
