Hull get plenty of bodies behind the ball, not sure about this one, think I'll go for a 2-1 home win, though it has all the makings of a draw. would hope Baston will get a run out, may well need his savvy nose for the net..................<ok>

The biggest thing that has me excited this season is we seem to have a lot of players with something to prove .
And if they prove it, with the expierenced manager we have now , the sky is the limit .
PS I wonder if lefty is going to this game ( whistling )

Amat : lying in wait , well the wait is over .
Van Der Hoorn : Had a great season then got traded to Ajax and got no chance .
Naughton : never got a chance IMO , well your getting it now .
Baston : played on a club his whole life and didn't play , this guy will be firing on all cylinders .
Llorente : This guy I'm exicited about the most , not a lot of minutes last club , we may get the best out of him and Guidolin knows it .
    Kingsley : watch out Mr.Taylor .
Barrow : Watch out , this guy will start a lot of games , finally , this season .
Montero : I hope the super sub of the league .
Fer : worked his arse off for Norwich and QPR and got relegated each time , I think we will see Fer's best .

These type of games will determine what sort of season we can expect and At home we have to get the right result against teams like hull if we want a top half finish,
Hull will have this game targeted as a win and we must not be complacent and treat them with respect after beating the champions on their own pitch and i think it will be a close game with us coming out on top 1-0..coys

Thought Hull were a bit lucky to get the win on Saturday but they are a big side with a lumberjack defense, cut everything down. Also Leicester were pretty crap Saturday.

Managerless, with unhappy fans, boardroom in disarray and a makeshift defense Hull should be there for the taking but, they fought for everything, against Leicester, not always legally but they got away with it. If they come out fighting again on Saturday then at this early stage of proceedings, we'll get to see what we're made of.

I see a scrap coming our way if we're not careful but I think we'll have a lot more to offer than Leicester did, 1or2-0 Swans

I think you'll bring us back down to earth a little bit on Saturday. I don't think it'll be easy for you guys, though. I'll go for 2-0.

Terrific win against Leicester. You must have been overjoyed.
A lot of sour grapes been written about it, i.e., Leicester didn't turn up, Hull were lucky, etc.
To be seen as relegation certs , and then to beat the Champions fair and square, was no mean feat.

We get the same kind of articles about us when we beat certain teams, we didn't win but they lost or didn't turn up, not that we completely deserve to win

Thanks! The vast majority of City fans thought we'd get walloped, myself included, but the team pulled out what must go down as one of our best ever performances, given the circumstances. A few players said before the game that one of the only positives to come out of this pre season was increased team spirit, I assumed they were just saying that, but the spirit was very evident on Saturday. I still think we'll go down unless we bring in some players, any players, and quickly, but who knows, maybe we've had all of our bad luck now and we'll "do a Leicester" and go through the rest of the season without injuries!
