£5 wont last you long. You might as well squander it than try to save it. It wont even buy you enough drugs to forget about your sad life.

As I'm sure you're aware, Pete, many employees don't have a lot of choice.

As to saving, by the time the economy falls flat on its face - which won't be long at this rate - most ordinary people will be struggling to keep their heads above water!

If they've still got a job, that is!...

Good point. I'm going to change my ways and in 40 years hopefully be a xenophobic fat accountant working out of my garage.

Pension schemes going pop is a direct result of the economic uncertainty caused by Brexit.

Pensions are a long term issue for people. You said yesterday that you think long term and yet you are vehemently supporting something that is going to have long term effects on the country.

Basically yet again you are talking out of your enormous arse.

Accountants usually make a decent living. Pete has to rent out rooms in his slum to get by.

I use to work for an NGO. I put in 5%, they put in 15%. Why wouldn't I do that?

The ****'s 64, he still has two mortgages (and two kitchens) and has to rent out rooms to the foreigners he despises.

Yet he's giving out financial advice.

    Exactly.

Pete the accountant is advocating using taxed income to buy residential property as a pension alternative.

Which is gash advice when you can put up to £50k per annum into a pension pot of your choosing - tax free.

A SIPPS pension pot can even by used to leverage borrowings on commercial property.

That's for between April and June. Unemployment fell a massive 8,600 in July.

    Probably holiday jobs..
