We seem to be doing immensely well with results. Fantastic achievement for the athletes, coaching and planning. We have installed a winning attitude and mentality which must be blue printed for football. It is possible, has happened in France, Spain, Germany and Italy but this is more about culture I believe. They need to integrate the athletics approach, learn and better it for football and that transformational change must start at the top and bottom of the football structure simultaneously...

I've thought it for days but the women's jackets are horrible - the sleeves are far too baggy and long. The men's are much smarter because they fit!
