Fabulous effort by Trott. She makes it look easy. Where's my bike?

We seem to be doing immensely well with results. Fantastic achievement for the athletes, coaching and planning.

We have installed a winning attitude and mentality which must be blue printed for football.

It is possible, has happened in France, Spain, Germany and Italy but this is more about culture I believe.

They need to integrate the athletics approach, learn and better it for football and that transformational change must start at the top and bottom of the football structure simultaneously...

You'd have thought so. But it's a public vote, I believe.

I'd quite fancy that warm-down Cervelo S series bike when Becky James is finished with it. It only costs a cool £3,999.99.

The T5GB race bikes are said to be well over £10,000 a pop.

I've thought it for days but the women's jackets are horrible - the sleeves are far too baggy and long. The men's are much smarter because they fit!

One of the endearing things about Laura Trott is that despite all the evidence, and everyone else's supreme confidence in her ability, she finds it all rather hard to believe.

Have you seen the Hong Kong Ladies' cycling suit? I think they are butterflies, but they look like two rather detailed breasts...

Good to see James and Vogel being hugged and congratulated by each other's families as well. It shows how close all these cyclists are to each other.
