    Jason Kenny totally smokes everybody in the semi of the Keiran.
    When Chris Hoy says 'WOW just wow' you know you are something special.

    We have a certain Silver to the women's sprint and Laura Trott is destroying the field in the Omnium as well.

    Oh and we have a certain gold in the womens 470 class in sailing.
