Well you brag about your "internet wealth" but when I ask to see a suitably redacted bank statement you refuse. The only reason must be that you can't justify your lies.

Do you disbelieve anyone and everyone who intimates that they've done a bit better than being a pensioner, book keeper, slum landlord?

Have you ever seen anyone post a bank statement, even a redacted one, on a football forum? I jokingly said you were senile but it seems you genuinely are!

 

Pete you previously bragged about how much your house was worth as it had two kitchens and several shower rooms. How do we know that you haven't remortgaged it up to the maximum? Please provide redacted statements to show that you either own the slum outright or that you have a limited mortgage(s) on it. Thanks.

 

"internet wealth" is something an inadequate person brags about when he doesn't have any real wealth.
There would be no problem publishing bank statements on an internet forum if the account name, address, sort code and account number were redacted. These bank statements would be able to indicate whether the individual had any wealth or income to speak of. I was in an estate agents once and somebody wanted to buy a house for £400k. They were asked how could they afford the house. They produced a bank statement with a balance of £500k. It's not difficult to understand the concept.
Only somebody who only has "internet wealth" would brag about it but claim not to understand the point of proving it.

Do you seriously think that I keep the bulk of my wealth in bank accounts?? Why would I do that? Maybe you do, as you're so sensible! The money I have is invested, Pete, in property, and other assets. Much of it is run from Malta.

Surely, as an accountant, you know that's sensible?....

Do you advise your book keeping clients to publish their, redacted, company accounts on football forums? It might explain why you've been wearing the same pair of tracky bottoms for a decade.

He made a right arse of himself, so his wee buddies came to his defence and tried to make out they were internet detectives because they'd followed your signature, and then, as an attempt to hide his blushes tried to spin it as though you were the one boasting.
