He scored. Crooks seems to just pick players based on if they scored. That's likely why he picked Snoddy. In saying that, Ibrahimovic looked pretty good when he came on.
That's a solid CM Garth the ****** has picked there, in allreality that team is 4 defenders, 4 wingers and AM and striker........I think Garth's team of the week is the single most pointless thing that the BBC provides, and that isn't just limited to sports coverage.

'For years, I wondered what the fuss was all about with Ibrahimovic. Then I saw him smash four goals past England in an international friendly in 2012.' Doesnt that say it all? Watch some other football you docile ****.
Clucas, Dio, Snodgrass and Phelan all make the Yorkie Post one... http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/spor...ho-made-the-yp-s-latest-starting-xi-1-8069755
He'd have had a hatrick after 30 minutes if he'd bought his shooting boots. That's the frustration with him, I'm afraid. His finishing can be lethal at times but he goes through spells where he can't hit a cows arse from 2 yards. Usually his all round game covers for it but it's clear for all to see that he isn't fit yet. Understandable considering he's about 3 weeks post wrist surgery.
Doesnt that apply to 99.99% of strikers? I always remember Lineker and Owen always been great examples of 'run strikers' where they'll score nearly every game for weeks on the trot, then go 10 games without a goal, before going on another hot streak.
Vardy scored 24 goals last season but he regularly went on 5/6 games without goals. The famous record sums Vardy up completely. If you look at them some of the goals he scored were simply undefendable. He was just too good during his 11 game 13 goal streak. But then he'd go into his shell for a few weeks. But like I say, generally with Vardy you get his work rate and tenacity which stretches even the best defences. He's clearly not fit enough to do that at the moment. I think if we'd played you 4/5 games into the season he'd have taken at least two of his chances (the goal line clearance and the one where Musa pulled it back to him).
Well yeah I agree, but I thought this would be the case on the first game hence why I said since the day the fixtures came out that I thought we'd win. I honestly think if we'd played any other team on Saturday they'd have beaten us, but that Champions hangover was always going to be there despite what anyone sad.
