I can't remember the last time we actually received some dosh from a sell on clause? Nice little windfall for us.
Passed medical nice to see a large amount of money coming our way. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spor...nnick-bolasie-passes-everton-medical-11749291
I would seriously doubt it.... His goals for us already have probably put another £5m on his price tag.
I think bcfc had his tongue firmly in cheek. I've said elsewhere though; perhaps a good loan spell may mean another next season or goodwill towards a permanent transfer in the distant future. I think it's more likely though that he (barring injuries) makes some appearances for Chelsea, makes the England squad and either wins a first team place or moves to another fairly big club, such as Everton. #nostradamus
So assuming what the Bristol Post is correct and the fees for Ayling and Agard were about 750k and £1.2m respectively, that's basically our summer transfer spending paid for. We sell Ayling, Agard, and a player who doesn't play for us, and gain O'Dowda, Tomlin, Magnusson, Brownhill and O'Neill. Decent business.
